I was riding a little Ducati 250 back in the early sixties, wearing shorts. (young, stupid) Rode INTO a red wasp who was obviously flying the same direction I was riding, just not as fast. Impact buried his stinger-end in my leg. He was pumping venom, I was screaming out some VERY bad words! Managed to stop and use my pocket knife blade to dig the little bugger out. No fun at all.
